My third and last idea
for a music video will include the song Are U There? by Mura Masa. The genre is
house music and it is completely different from the other two options, giving
three different choices over choice of music and style. I wanted to show
creativity not only through the difference ideas for the music videos, but also
music wise.

However I believe this
could be a challenge as we would need to look more into detailed all the trends
and people music taste, creating a video that they would enjoy watching maybe
discovering a new type of music, in a positive way.
First thing that would
differentiate from the other two examples is the unknown of the artist,
creating mystery and interest towards the audience.
In this type of song I
believe that the look, appealing of the artists passes into second place,
giving a deeper meaning to the song.
The first idea to make
this video is too tell a journey, so it would be mainly shooting outside with a
group of teenager going travelling to discover something of unknown. The video
could either show their experiences and what they learnt from it, seeing up and
down. However this will signify good weather conditions, something really
difficult to rely on in this country, the shooting will be done in one or two
days during the winter term and Hurtwood is mainly surrounded by woods, it
could interesting fro dew shots but I personally wouldn’t incorporated in the
whole music video.

While the guy is
trying to get near her she decides to leave, disappearing from the crowd. The
main character doesn’t give and keeps looking for her in the club and then goes
out hoping to find an answer or something that could help him finding her.
Close ups of the girls
would appear as blared, unfocused or unsteady camera work to emphasise the idea
of not clear memory.
As there are only two
elements, the idea of the woods could be inserted even though I believe the
video could work without it.
The video could end
with the main character finding a piece of paper with a phone number, her phone
number.
As the images of the
club aren’t clear the sequence could mix up, and some bits could be missing.
